It seamlessly replaces the default order export function in the backend with an Excel (.xlsx) export feature, enhancing filtering capabilities, field completeness, and table structure—making it easier for merchants to conduct data analysis, logistics coordination, financial reconciliation, and large-scale data processing.

Once installed, the plugin requires no additional settings.
Simply continue using the original “Export” button, and you will instantly generate more professional and cleaner Excel reports—an ideal tool to elevate your store’s data management efficiency.

How to Use the Plugin

Step 1: Install the Plugin

Backend → Plugin Management → Find “Advanced Order Export (Excel Edition)” → Install & Enable

Step 2: Open the Order List

Path: Orders → Order List (/admin/orders)

Step 3: Apply Filters (Optional)

Filter by order number, name, email, date range, or status.

Step 4: Click the “Export” Button

The plugin will automatically generate and download an Excel file.

Step 5: Review the Excel Layout
