4. Setup Process (Example: Eccang ERP)

Note⚠️: "Customer KEY" and "Customer Secret" require you to manually or automatically generate a string that complies with the regulations

Step 1. Plugin Setup (BeikeShop Backend)

• Fill in the following in the plugin settings:

  • Consumer Key

  • Consumer Secret

Step 2. ERP System Setup

• In your ERP system, add a new store → Select “WooCommerce” platform.

• Enter the following details:

  • Store URL: https://your-domain.com

  • Consumer Key / Consumer Secret (same as configured in BeikeShop plugin)

  • Choose API version (v2 or v3 depending on ERP type).

  • eg. ECCANG ERP

Step 3. Auto-Sync

• ERP automatically fetches BeikeShop orders → Shipping data is synced back to BeikeShop.

• Some ERP systems also support product and inventory synchronization.
